Pieter de Hoochweg 222 is een monumentaal gebouw in Rotterdam in de Deelgemeente Delfshaven. Het is ontworpen door de Rotterdamse architecten Ary Abraham van Nieuwenhuyzen en Philippus van der Heyden en is in 1916 geopend door Wilhelmina of the Netherlands.
Het gebouw heeft dienst gedaan als hoofdgebouw voor de Nederlandsche Handels-Hoogeschool, en vanaf 1939 de Nederlandsche Economische Hoogeschool. Sinds de jaren 1990 is het gebruikt door het Rotterdams Conservatorium, en tegenwoordig door de Theaterschool, onderdeel van het Albeda College Rotterdam.
