English: Originally (1945) a tank landing craft, U.S. Navy LST-1074, built at Bethlehem Hingham Shipyard in Hingham, Massachusetts in 1945. LST-1074 sailed for Pearl Harbor and then Sasebo, Japan and was awarded medals for three periods of occupation service. Reenamed USS Overton County and placed on reserve in 1955. Decommissioned 1958, sold to Foss Tug & Launch Company (later Foss Maritime) and converted to a cement barge as Foss 201, a capacity in which it still serves in 2024, now under the name Santos for Salmon Bay Barge Line Inc., Seattle, Washington. The name Santos dates back at least to 2007.
