Trading exclusively with India, primarily from Liverpool, her fastest outward passage was 103 days in 1863 returning home from Calcutta to London in 98 days later that year. Arriving back in Calcutta on 4th August 1864, she was lost on 4th October in the great cyclone there whilst preparing to sail home via Colombo. [1]
