Tomb for pope Innocent VI in the charterhouse Our-Lady of the Val de Benediction
Pernes stone tomb started at the end of 1361 and completed in 1362, made to the plans of the architect Bertran Nogayrol by the stonemason Thomas de Tournon, the marble statues being by the sculptor Bartholomé or Barthélémy Cavallier ; only the recumbent effigie and the three statues placed at the top of the tomb (Christ, Saint Peter & Saint Paul) remain, the statuettes decorating the arches of the lower tank having been dispersed during the Revolution.
