"Wet moon" is an expression for the Moon when seen in the sky with horns pointing upward.

The crescent shape in heraldry has its horns pointing upward by default, and in historical depictions of lunar goddesses, the Virgin Mary, etc. the horns of the crescent are always pointing upward as well. This category is for depictions of the actual Moon when seen in this way, not for heraldic crescents in general.
