William Cox (27 Feb 1842, Lincoln, England - 19 April 1921, Bellingham, WA) was a British-born American architect who after immigrating to the United States in 1880 relocated to what would become Bellingham, Washington, opening one of the first architectural practices in the region and designing most of the area's most important civic and commercial structures up until the mid-1910s, when failing eyesight forced him to retire.
