English: X Japan is a Japanese heavy metal band founded in 1982 by Toshimitsu "Toshi" Deyama and Yoshiki Hayashi.[2] Originally named X (エックス), the group achieved their breakthrough success in 1989 with the release of their second album Blue Blood.
日本語: X JAPAN（エックス・ジャパン）は日本の ロックバンド。1989年にX（エックス）としてメジャーデビュー。その後1992年に現在のX JAPANに改名。1997年解散。2007年再結成。通称はX。
