[edit]Frank is Rhode Island, born and bred. He is related to people in Rhode Island. He holds office in Rhode Island, lives in Rhode Island. True he went to college in Boston and while he was there played on the athletic teams. That could be true of anyone from anywhere who went to college in Boston. Unless they established a residence in Boston they would not be considered Bostonian. I therefore am making him a Rhode Island man exclusively.
