- ? It's a display of aggression defending its nest, peering out and repeatedly opening its beak (and then coming out to do so). It didn't much care for me walking by, and would stick its head out and do this anytime I did (you'd think he wouldn't pick the house next to the walking path). When I set up my camera to record and walk away, he was still clearly unsure about it.
