Unfortunately, it does not fall within the Guidelines and is unlikely to succeed for the following reason: Sorry but our new "unfair" rule says: Licensing - Images licensed with solely "GFDL" or "GFDL and an NC-only license" are not acceptable due the restrictions placed on re-use by these licenses.
