For the first one, The higher resolution was achievable. Indeed I had uploaded that by mistake, so I updated it now  Done. But about the second image it is the best available scan of this old painting. Even if feasible, I am not sure higher resolution of a small printed picture gives us better image.Monfie (talk) 09:15, 16 December 2013 (UTC)
