I do not see why this is a featured picture, it is dark and there is nothing special that I can see. It is a featured picture in the Natural phenomena section --207.203.80.15 18:01, 26 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Well actually it doesn't appear to have been through Commons:Featured picture candidates so I don't think it is really a Featured Picture. In fact the author seems to have added it to the Natural Phenomena section immediately after uploading it [1]. I've now removed it. -- Solipsist 19:40, 26 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
