Comment I am not happy with this building being called a "Palace" in English. In English, a "palace is a grand residence, especially a royal residence, or the home of a head of state or some other high-ranking dignitary, such as a bishop or archbishop".
I checked the Polish to English Google Translate and I saw alternative Polish words for "pałac" - "zamek" which translates into "chateau" in English and "dwór" which translates into "Mansion" or "Manor House". Given that the building has the same name as the village, I suggest that either the scope be "Nowa Wieś manor house" or that its Polish name be retained. Furthermore, since there is no description of this building in Wikipedia (Polish, English or French), I suggest that the description shoudl include a short note about when it was built, who built it etc. See for example here.
