  •  Comment Stepro, please keep in mind that the scope is a search term. No-one is going to search for "only free image". Please edit the scope accordingly, and let us know if you have any questions about phrasing it. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 23:18, 22 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Scope changed from only free image of the painter Dieter M. Weidenbach to painting by Dieter M. Weidenbach --Stepro (talk) 23:31, 22 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Comment I'd suggest the name of the artist, mural, name of mural. That way, if there are ever photos of other works by him, we can easily have scopes for those. Ikan Kekek (talk) 00:46, 23 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I'd suggest that you may give a concret suggestion. For me the goal of this nomination ist clear the fact, that thanks to FOP this can be published under free licence, for all other works of him we have to wait more than 70 years. --Stepro (talk) 09:33, 23 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Comment On a photo of the house on which the picture seems to be attached with a frame in front of windows, I have the impression that it should not stay there permanently. As a result, there could be copyright issues. It would be best to ask the painter whether he agrees with the publication. -- Spurzem (talk) 06:30, 23 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
This picture is on house wall in Weißenfels since 1974 (with a break for restauration). The house belongs to the city. There is no reason to believe that it could be removed there. So there are definitely no copyright issues. btw: There are no windows on this side of the house. --Stepro (talk) 09:33, 23 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
