"parade van" is not a common English term (in the UK at least) such a vehicle is generally called a "float". 2: ideally there would be an English description in the image file and, perhaps, clarification of what "queer feminist hackers" actually means as I have never heard of it. 3: I think the image file needs better categorisation. As the image shows a float, it needs to be in a category similar to Category:Floats of New Orleans Mardi Gras in the float hierarchy.
