| Reason | Completely forgotten now, Fourtou was a french MP, senator, and minister during the beginning of the Third French Republic, member of the bonapartist party. We have only this photo (alone in scope), by the famous photographer Eugène Appert. Restored by me, original file in the history page. No geocode, it is a studio work.
