    •  Info The shell is somewhat variable in pattern an colour, no shell (and no valve) has an identical pattern. It is not possible to discern groups of different colour patterns. But all have a characteristic surface struture, a redddish-violet ground colour with whitish spots outside, and orange areas inside. I think, this picture shows all these characters well. Or should we create for each different colour and pattern (i.e. for each valve) an VI? --Llez (talk) 04:47, 8 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
