Scope Nominated as the most valued image on Commons within the scope:

Used in Global usage
Reason The symbol of the Tables of Law or Tables of The Ten Commandments were seldom used. As fas as I know there is no other image like this to be found at wikimedia.commons -- Dietrich Krieger (talk)

  •  Comment I think the scope should be reworded. Now, it's more an image description than an scope. If you mean in this scope jewish gravestones with this particular symbol, anywhere in the world, then the place of the gravestone shouldn't be included in scope.--Pere prlpz (talk) 23:44, 26 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Comment Thank you, I am very grateful for such comments. --Dietrich Krieger (talk) 09:58, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Comment In my opinion, "Symbols on Jewish gravestones" is a very broad scope, and it would be better represented by a set of images or a single image of a common symbol, not a rare one. Tables of the Law on Jewish gravestones seems a better scope for this tomb, although I'd like to read the opinion of somebody more experienced in valued image nominations about whether notability of an scope on a rare thing needs any kind of references of notability. Furthermore, I think the image file:Ingenheim-4081.jpg (closer approach to the same tomb) would be better for this scope.--Pere prlpz (talk) 16:53, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment Thank you Pere prlpz and JPLC for your advice. I changed the scope back to the first version (without the location), because I think there are too much different symbols to nominate a good set. On the other hand, all of these symbols have a certain meaning, so that one typical symbol would not be enough. IMO it would bee a good idea, to look for a VIC for the most important symbols. If I am wrong, please let me know --Dietrich Krieger (talk) 17:55, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
