But I'm limited to English language sources. Google interpreted this as "Shohid Noor Hossain Square" and led me to 23°43′39″N 90°24′39″E / 23.72757°N 90.41080°E / 23.72757; 90.41080: Could you maybe check if that fits together with what is available in Bengali?
