Review (criteria)	Support "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it". Much as this image disgusts me (even more so since I was brought up in South Africa durng the Apartheid regime), I support its inclusion as a VI on grounds that it fulfils all the VI requirements and also serves to remind people to be aware of the evils that can be committed in the name of the law.
