Scope Nominated as the most valued image on Commons within the scope:
Sainte-Pélagie prison, exterior
Used in

Global usage

fr:Prison Sainte-Pélagie, fr:Gustave Courbet, fr:Henri Rochefort etc...
Reason Unknown in "Commons" until today (we only had a small thumbnail of one of the inner courtyards). Nomination of a now disappeared building. This jail was a prison for political prisoners during all the 19th-century, please read the list in the in the french wp article, really impressive. Picture of 1898, the prison was destroyed in 1899. Restored by me. Best in scope IMO. Home work, no geocode is needed, but geocoded nevertheless. -- Jebulon (talk)
