Reason | Interesting man. He was MP, and the step-son of Pdt Grévy. He had an office at the Palais de l'Elysée, where he managed to sell secretly medals and decorations, especially the Légion d'Honneur. This finished in 1887 by a huge scandal, and Jules Grévy had to resign. Nevertheless, Wilson was reelected after that two times as deputy... No geocode for a studio shot.
