New format to allow translation

I have converted this page to transclude the regularly updated QI sections. You can now add translated heading for all sections, but you can not correct them by editing the individual sub-sections (that will edit the transcluded templates that all languages use) - instead edit the whole page, or whole section where you will see the templates with parameters for the language dependant section headings, translate those parameters. :-) --Tony Wills 10:38, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
