multilingual RFC

Do you have any examples of (succesfully held) multilingual requests for comment? I think there's a huge difference between a discussion on some project page and a RFC in multiple languages (one would need a whole team for setting up the latter).    FDMS  4    14:27, 31 July 2014 (UTC)
