Нужны ли России новые атомные электростанции? Как это ни удивительно, в Российской Федерации имеется избыток энергетических мощностей, и в тех регионах, где вводятся новые мощности на АЭС, потребители электроэнергии вынуждены переплачивать. Поэтому строить еще больше атомных станций не имеет смысла.

Об этом - в нашем интервью с Владимиром Миловым, экспертом по российской энергетике. Владимир Милов в 2001-2002 годах был советником министра энергетики РФ, а в 2002 году занимал должность заместителя министра энергетики РФ. После ухода из правительства основал независимый Институт энергетической политики.
