Description U.S. Marine Sgt. Mark Leuis, 3rd Marine Special Operations Command, explains how to use the hand cranked FM radio passed out at Landing Zone 6 distribution center, Port au Prince, Haiti on Jan. 21, 2010. This operation, led by U.S. Agency for International Development, is part of the U.S. Department of Defense effort to provide aid and relief to Haitian citizens affected by the Jan. 12, 2010, 7.0 magnitude earthquake..(U.S. Air Force photo by Tech.
