Description SAN FRANCISCO -- Seaman Andrew Humphrey, from the Coast Guard Cutter George Cobb, sits atop a buoy as the cutter approaches the San Francisco Bay Bridge, Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011. The crew of the George Cobb, a 175-foot buoy tender homeported in Long Beach, Calif., set a series of temporary buoys in the San Francisco Bay to be used during the San Francisco Fleet Week air show scheduled for Oct. 8-9, 2011.
