kHIS COURBET (GUSTAVE) 5 — Effet de neige. Dans une gorge solitaire, où pénètrent lesdernières lueurs dun soleil couchant, se trouveune cabane adossée contre un rocher. \ gaucheet au fond, des rochers escarpés avec quelquesarbres. Le tout est couvert dune couche de neigequi scintille également autour des branches desarbres. Signé à gauche : G. Courbet. Toile. Haut, fo i/a cent. ; larg. 36 1/2 cent. 10 — COURBET (GUSTAVE) 6 — Un Taureau et une Génisse. Sur un plateau, dominant un vallon, se trouvent,une vache grise et un taureau à robe brunetachetée de blanc. Au fond, à gauche, surun rocher, on aperçoit les maisons dun ha-meau. Plus loin, la vue est bornée par une collinedont le flanc abrupt descend vers la vallée.A droite, au pied dune colline boisée, un ruis-seau. Allant de droite à gauche, où elles se perdentà lhorizon, lés hantes falaises déroulent leursilhouette édentée sous un ciel gris dautomne.Au premier plan, le lit sablonneux de la merque les eaux, retirées au loin, ont laisse à dé-couvert. Au second plan, sétendent jusquaux(alaises des couches de varech. A gauche, verslhorizon, la nappe claire dune mer calme. Signé à droite : Daubigny, 1876. Bois. Haut. 3o oui.; larg. -jg cem DELACROIX Il GÈNE) 8 — Jésus endormi dans la barquependant la tempête. La barque renfermant le Christ et ses disciple-est assaillie par les flots furieux, contre lesquelsles rameurs sont impuissants à lutter.
