Deutsch: Lithographie eines Prunkaufsatzes anlässlich der Vermählung des Kronprinzen und späteren Königs Georg V. von Hannover und dessen Ehefrau Königin Marie, übertitelt

„Dem hohen Fürsten-Paare die treuen Ostfriesen, Aurich 1843“

Darunter die Darstellung insbesondere von drei Eichen - in Anlehnung an die am Tag der Hochzeit am 18. Februar 1843 gepflanzten Kronprinzeneichen.

Die Inschrift im Schmuckrahmen unter der bildlichen Darstellung lautet

„Silberner Tafel-Aufsatz - ein Huldigungs-Geschenk der Ostfriesischen Landschaft,
I.I.K.K.H.H. dem KRONPRINZEN und der KRONPRINZESSIN von HANNOVER im Jahre 1843 überreicht.
Die Länge des Fußes 3'10 die Breite 2'7 die Höhe der Bäume 3'“

In kleinerer Schrift darunter die Hinweise auf die Schöpfer des Blattes und des dann in Silber tatsächlich ausgeführten Werkes:

„Entworfen vom Hauptm. v. Frese u. Oberhofbaurat Laves - in Silber ausgeführt von Knauer & Lahmeyer - Lith. und Gdr. in der der C. F. Hornemannschen Hof-Kunsth. zu Hann.“

Die Lithographie auf Chinapapier hat die Maße 50 x 54 cm.
