in Emden. Die Bildseite der Postkarte titelt für die Grafik in der oberen Hälfte

„Emdens neuer Hafen“

und zeigt unter anderem verschiedenen Schiffe wie etwa einen Schaufelraddamfper ...
In der linken unteren Bildhälfte abgebildet ein nach einer Fotografie angefertigter Lichtdruck, untertitelt

„Das Elternhaus des Ehrenbürgers.
Frühere Gymnasialdirektors Wohnung“

nämlich das Wohnhaus von Heinrich Wilhelm Schweckendieck.
Im rechten unteren Bildviertel ist der in einem umrankten Oval abgebildete

„Wirkl. Geh. OberReg. Rath
C. Schweckendieck“

zu sehen,

„Ehrenbürger der Stadt Emden.“

Das unten mittig elektronisch zugefügte Copyright-Zeichen ("c"), wenngleich das Digitalisat der Bildpostkarte ursprünglich an Facebook verschenkt wurde, soll wohl eher auf die
