Description
English: Spc. William Morgan, a member of the 1st Cavalry Division's Honor Guard, presents a sword to Maj. Gen. Joseph F. Fil, Jr., commanding general of the 1st Cavalry Division and Multi-National Division-Baghdad, before the ceremonial cutting of a birthday cake, Sept. 13, at the Pegasus Dining Facility at Camp Liberty in western Baghdad.
