日前，香港两岸和平发展联合总会永远荣誉会长、旭达集团董事长苏永安在接受中新社记者专访时指出，只有完善香港选举制度，才能真正使香港走向更优质的民主。他表示，自己非常关注全国人大“3·11决定”以及全国人大常委会“3·30修法”。他认为，经修订的基本法附件二对立法会产生办法做出的明确规定，有利于保障立法会的顺利运行。 回忆起过去两年间香港发生的乱象，苏永安感慨地说，社会动荡严重影响了香港经济的发展。2020年香港国安法的实施让香港由乱而治，相信完善选举制度将会使利民政策得以落地，使香港长治久安。 出身华侨工商业家庭的苏永安，家族生意分布于新加坡、菲律宾和中国内地。新中国成立初期，苏永安的父亲响应公私合营，从私营业主成为了县商业科科长，在生命的最后几年仍带病利用海外关系为家乡招商引资。苏永安说，父亲的教诲让他永生难忘。 秉承父亲遗志，事业有成的苏永安不仅在家乡捐建学校，还以父亲的名字在家乡筹办艺术馆，支援内地文化教育事业。适逢“十四五”规划开局之年，在苏永安看来，香港也应发挥在科创领域优势，并鼓励香港青年积极融入大湾区发展，参与到国家建设当中。 |
