Description
English: Filamentous fungi

Procedures:
1. A series of soil dilution is prepared.
2. Suspend 10 g of soil in 95 ml of water.
3. With a sterile pipette, transfer 1 ml of the suspension to the first test tube with 9 ml of water.
4. Repeat the previous step two more times, using the last dilution and a new test tube with 9 ml of water. Shake well.
5. Transfer 1 ml of the suspension from each dilution to each plate.
6. Pour Bengal-rose streptomycin agar (cooled to 45 °C) into 1 Petri dish containing inoculum. Add enough agar to cover about 2/3 of the surface of the plate (about 15 ml).
7. After the agar is poured into 1 plate, gently swirl the plate in a circle to mix the inoculum and completely cover the bottom of the plate.
8. Then, the agar is left to solidify. The plates are incubated, inverted, for one week at 25 °C.
RESULT: Growth of filamentous fungi from soil is observed on the plates.

Постапки: 1. Се подготвува серија на разредување на почвата. 2. Се Суспендираат 10 g почва во 95 ml вода. 3. Со стерилна пипета се префрлаат 1 ml од суспензијата во првата епрувета со 9 ml вода. 4. Се повторува претходниот чекор уште два пати, користејќи го последното разредување и нова епрувета со 9 ml вода. Се протресува добро. 5. Од секое разредување се префрлаат по 1 ml од суспензијата во секоја плоча. 6. Се излева бенгал-розе стрептомицин агарот (оладен на 45 °С) во 1 Петри сад кој содржи инокулум. Се додава агар доволно за да се покрие околу 2/3 од површината на плочата (околу 15 ml). 7. Откако агарот ќе се излее во 1 плоча, нежно се врти плочата во круг за инокулумот да се измеша и потполно да се покрие дното на плочата. 8. Потоа, се остава агарот да солидифицира. Плочите се инкубираат, превртени наопаку, една недела, на 25 °С. РЕЗУЛТАТ: На плочите се забележува раст на филаментозните фунги од почва.
