국내 14개 택배브랜드 7월 한달간 평판 빅데이터 분석 일부 택배기업 평판관리 문제점 노출

국내 택배기업 가운데 우체국택배의 소비자 브랜드 평판지수가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났습니다.

한국기업평판연구소가 국내 14개 택배브랜드의 7월 한달간 평판을 빅데이터로 분석한 결과, 우체국 택배가 1위, CJ대한통운이 2위로 분석됐습니다.

한국기업평판연구소 구창환 소장은 “유통산업과 높은 상관관계에 있는 택배산업 브랜드 빅데이터량이 급등했다”며 “택배에 대한 소비자들의 브랜드 소비량이 증가했지만, 몇몇 택배회사들은 브랜드 평판관리에 문제가 있음을 노출했다”고 설명했습니다.

한편 브랜드 평판지수는 브랜드에 대한 평가, 소비자와의 소통량 등을 기반으로 측정됩니다.
