1970: Delivered to 57th Fighter Weapons Wing/66th FWS, Nellis AFB, NV (c/n D-014)

  • Transferred to 355th Tactical Fighter Wing, Davis-Monthan AFB, 1971
  • Transferred to 175th Tactical Fighter Squadron, OK Air National Guard, 1977
  • Aircraft removed from flight duites, re-designated GA-7D Ground Trainer, 1978
Assigned as a ground trainer to Chanute AFB, IL.
Assigned as a ground trainer to Sheppard AFB, TX. 1984
  • Salvaged at NAS Dallas, TX, Oct 1991
