Description 100812-N-6031Q-001 KABUL, Afghanistan - The sixth C-27 Spartan transport fixed wing aircraft arrives at the Afghan Air Force base in Kabul, Afghanistan on Aug. 12, 2010. The new C-27 is the first in the new fleet to be outfitted as a VIP transport with the intended use of the aircraft to deliver high ranking government officials, including the president, around the country and its neighbors.(US Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class David Quillen/ RELEASED).
