Deutsch: Das Wappen ist von einem Siegel aus dem Jahr 1362 abgeleitet. Die Gämse auf dem Dreiberg symbolisiert die Gegend sowie die Natur um Kitzbühel; Gämse gelten als typische Wildtiere in der Region.
English: The arms are derived from a seal of the year 1362, who showed the same symbols. The chamois probably symbolises a common local animal typical for the mountainous area.
