Description

Nice to get a row of buses together like this. Easily the best of the lot is at the front- TIL6727 (4727), a Leyland Olympian with Leyland bodywork. Behind is the most boring- also operat ed by Damory Coaches is MX57CAU, a common boring white Optare Solo. Right at the back is a Mercedes Benz Vario from 1999, T455HNV, with rare Marshall bodywork. Operated by South West Coaches.

All three are outside Shaftesbury Town Hall, the 'hub' for buses. , TIL6727 is ex. Southern Vectis G727XDL, dating from 1989 or 1990, making it a rather elderly bus, step entrance meaning imminent withdrawal.

The minibus has had many owners. It was new to Dawsonrentals, and worked for Cavalier of Long Sutton, Stagecoach in the Fend, and also Slocoach of Motherwell.
