English: LTG Steven W. Gilland, 61st USMA Superintendent, accompanied by Garrison Commander, COL Anthony Bianchi, leads an aerial observation of the catastrophic storm damage suffered by West Point and surrounding areas. He is joined by Senator Charles Schumer, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Congressman Pat Ryan, and Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus. Up close, on-ground observation of a few of the damaged areas was afforded the guests after the aerial tour. A press conference was later held at the West Point Visitors Center.
