Mit diesem 6x6-Apparat versuchte Agfa offensichtlich, dem eigentlich recht anspruchslosen Gerät ein „professionelles“ (Kleinbild)-Design zu geben. Ist doch gelungen, oder? Die Kamera wurde 1956 als "Isola" eingeführt, mit Erscheinen der einfacheren Isola I im Jahr 1957 wurde sie in "Isola II" umbenannt. Es gab 2 Ausführungen, die sich aber nur durch die Anordnung des Schriftzuges unterscheiden: bei der einen Version über dem Objektiv, bei der andern (wie abgebildet) darunter. Die Isola II ist besser ausgerüstet als ihre preisgünstigere Schwester, immerhin hat sie als Objektiv den Dreilinser „Agnar 6,3/75 mm“. Man kann auf 11 abblenden und die Entfernung ist an der Frontlinse einstellbar. Der „Singlo-2“-Verschluss erlaubt Zeiten von 1/30, 1/100 Sek. und B. Das Objektiv ist versenkbar, in diesem Zustand misst die Kamera 140x100x65 mm, das Gewicht beträgt 320 g. Doppelbelichtungssperre und Blitzschuh (ohne Mittenkontakt, dafür Blitzbuchse) gehören auch noch zur Ausstattung. Tip von mir: die Federn für den Andruck der Filmrollen etwas nachbiegen, sonst rollt der Film zu locker auf! Ansonsten: erstaunlich scharfe Bilder, da fällt die „Isola I“ mit ihrem Meniskus doch etwas ab. Diese Kamerareihe wurde übrigens von 1956 bis 1963 produziert. |
