Hello again, how are you?? I have a question. The question is, Let X uploaded a photo of an offline copyrighted work with mentioning himself/herself as the copyright holder but actually he/she is not. Then, how to confirm if the work is actually copyrighted or not; when the source is offline?? Btw I hope you are still doing your archive works?? 19:38, 19 July 2014 (UTC)

Well you need to check the offline source, whether it's really copyrighted and if it is than nominate it for deletion via the COM:DR process. (BTW Let X isn't a registered account, so this is probably a hypothetical question.) User:Armbrust (Local talk - en.Wikipedia talk) 08:26, 20 July 2014 (UTC)
You seems to have a problem understanding the question. Let X is an example. I know there isn't any account with that name. If the offline sources are not available then?? I mean if the uploaded file is taken from a book which is available in non english language and in other country?? How to verify such files?? Btw I hope I'm not disturbing you with so many question. 13:29, 25 July 2014 (UTC)
