White, sweet, and an excellent keeper; very hard and solid. Price per pkt., 5c; oz., ioc; lb., 40c. Long Island Smooth Yellow. This is a fine grained, hard, solid and sweet turnip, green top, and good for table use or stock feed- ing ; is very pro- lific and a good keeper. Price per pkt., 5c; oz., ioc; lb., 40c. Yellow French. An old variety ; texture very firm and quality ex- cellent; keeps through the win- ter and till late in the spring. Price per pkt., 5c; oz., ioc; lb., 40c. Laing's Im= proved Ruta Baga. One of the earliest Swedes; a handsome vari- ety, of excellent quality. Price per pkt., 5c; oz., ioc; lb., 40c American Pur= ple = Top Ruta Baga. This is largely grown for feeding stock, and is very popular with the market gardeners as the standard sort for the table. Price per pkt., 5c; oz., roc; lb., 40c.
