A plant dispensary, green nursery andlath house have been provided, and here the ten-ants who are interested can learn all about gar-dening and the growing of plants.

NEUTRA, Architect A multiple dwelling with careful use of con-trolled views and of outdoor living spaces, con-taining two types of apartments: two-bedroomunits, and a one room bachelor unit. This latterone has a cozy social bay with seating arrange-ment at a fireplace, a bay for rest, an alcove sepa-rable by a curtain, another housekeeping alcoveseparate from the main room by a 5^-6 highshelf unit and a movable flexible screen. Alsothere is a small bathroom and ample cupboardspace, and an outdoor covered porch. The lower two bedroom apartment, reached by a well separated entrance has a large living roomwith dining bay. Its amply dimensioned, roofedfront terrace connects with a private patio. Itslarge windows look over pine tree tops and far-away hills. A carefully laid out kitchen and utilitybay with ample cupboard space, two bedroomsand a bath complete this lower apartment.
