Summary[edit]

Description The Cherry Street Strauss Trunnion Bascule Bridge spans the ship channel in Toronto's Port Lands. Once a major waterway for coal and other material to supply the industries in the Port Lands, it is now relatively unused, swinging only for the occasional salt boats that build the black covered salt stockpiles on the right, Wikipedia has more info about the bridge, designed by Straus and built by Dominion Bridge.
