| Description |
English: The tunnel has a length of 1.6 km and leads into the Baltschieder Valley. There is no lighting and it takes about 20 minutes to walk through. So it's better to take two flashlights in case one fails. The tunnel barely passes under the southern edge of the UNESCO World Heritage area Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch. But the tunnel portals are already outside. Switzerland, April 10, 2016. (6/23) |
