Description
English: Former U.S. Acting Administrator of USAID Alanzo Fulgham discusses MCC, or the Millennium Challenge Corporation. MCC was established as an independent U.S. foreign aid agency in 2004. Last year, Congress passed the BUILD act, or the Better Utilization of Investments Leading to Development act, to promote long-term economic growth in developing countries.
