Español: Bandera usada para honores y para señalar la presencia del General Secretario, titular de la Secretaria de la Defensa Nacional y del Almirante Secretario titular de la Armada de México, como miembros del Alto Mando de las fuerzas armadas mexicanas, tal y como se señala en el Reglamento de honores banderas y luces de la armada de México, Art. 11, 20 y en el MANUAL Gráfico para el uso de Uniformes, Divisas y Equipo del Ejército y Fuerza Aérea Mexicanos, Octava Sección; Banderas, Guiones Y Gallardetes; Art. 195.
