Description
English: Within an encircling vine, a teacher appears at the top, and, below him, four bodhisattvas. The uppermost one, holding a lotus, is probably Avalokiteshvara. This panel may be the right side of a larger composition consisting of a central image of the Buddha flanked by a set of eight bodhisattvas, four on each side.
