Description of the picture

This picture shows coats of arms of kings of Navarre since 1212. Currently it is used as coat of arms of the French Basse Navarre and the ville of Donapaleu - Saint Palais, in Basse Navarre (Pyrénées-Atlantiques). This coat timbred with a royal crown is used as coat of arms of the Spanish Navarre.

Actualmente se utiliza como escudo de la Baja Navarra francesa y la villa de Donapaleu / Saint Palais. Con una corona real se utiliza como escudo de la Navarra española.

Descripción: De gules, trae cadenas de oro en palo, sotuer y orla cargadas en corazón de una esmeralda al natural.
