Description
English: Looking eastward from Bluff City Road in Bluff City, Kentucky, United States. In the distance, in the center of the image, is what remains of the Bluff City Shell Mound. An archaeological site and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, in 1994, it was declared part of the Green River Shell Middens Archeological District, a National Historic Landmark.
